When running don't work anymore... Adding intensity to intensity! Jog slow on downhill, normal on straight and run/sprint on up slope! Total 10laps of 250m, this is to get myself to warm up, 20 cross sit up to get the heart pumping, run to encourage the metabolism rate to increase, 20 cross sit up again to pump it to the stomach, cool down jog till I can't carry on, without putting too much strain on the legs otherwise I will not be able to jog tomorrow... end it off with the final 20 cross sit up to further tone the fats... I hope I will be able to see some packs, but... Its not even straining... Maybe I should add more to the reps...
"Need you now" is the song I am going to sing for these days... That's really how I am feeling now... I am so feeling it all over again... I guess... It's the same, although it a little faint this time... But I can still feel it... I am soooooooooooo irritated now!
I only can tell people what to do... But I can't do what I tell other to do, WTH IS WRONG WITH ME...
