Woke up super early today, seriously scared I will be late... Till I can't take it anymore, I went to check the time before I could just lay there for awhile more... Try to take it slow in the morning, just like any other day, enjoy my slow warm shower! Steam my shirt as always when I wore long sleeves, and etc... Finally I went out haha!
Train stay stationary at Serangoon station... I got worried... I thought I will be late! So I quicken my pace and able to reach the place on time! Just to found out that we are super early LOL, no one reached yet... Waited outside the door for about 5mins before Jeff came along and open the door!
Went in to sit, talked to Mr Ng & Ms Reading Lim about the company history and what will we be doing during our ITP. Jeff then showed us around the place, the people and of course introduce our first job! Lets talk about the people first... First impression, Audit people seems friendlier than the accounts people LOL! Audit people consist of "Peter, Jasmine, Shirley" and Accounts people consist of "Jeff, Winson, Pei Shan, and 2 more which I forgotten their name!"
First job was to do the journal entries for a company, took me almost an hour to figure out how to do it LOL, after that I got "pro" LOL! I spend most of the time making it look nicer heh heh! Next was to classify them into their own accounts, example Expenses or Assets... Took another 30mins to figure out before I got the hang of it... Lunch time!
Went to eat roasted pork rice, it was ok I guess? 1hr pass quickly, manage to speak to the staff there, learn something about them, but still not able to break the ice just yet... They just don't really talk to us...
Continued with my 2nd company, did the same thing... This time with ease! LOL, I am really getting pro at journal entries! After I did everything, I rest a little while before asking for the next task... I was to do a trial balance using all the information I have... This time... I am stuck... I don't know what to do, so I randomly try all methods to do it... Ended up just redoing the balance sheet again... Spent the whole day trying to make it look different... But didn't manage to get it right... Until its time to go... I asked about it and he just told me in simpler terms... OMG I WAS LIKE, WTH?! SO EASY?! I have been wasting my time!
Went a different way home, just to find out this way is like 15min faster than the usual route I planned before... Still thinking about the job and even planned to do it at home! NO WAY! I am not going to be a work-a-holic and bring work back to home! Enjoyed my way home, playing slow songs which made me enjoy my time even more!
Reach home, I was thinking of having a jog! Although it quite late, I just plan to go at a higher speed running shorter distance, manage to get around 12mins to clear 2.1km? A little slow, but I believe I could do better!
All that's left is just 30 crunches and I will go bathe and end my day! That's about it today! Tomorrow will be the same I guess haha, routine days... I guess this is my type of life?
Hope for some small chances tomorrow! No much though haha!
